This project challenged me to design for a domain where trust, clarity, and usability are just as important as aesthetics.
Key Outcomes
Simplified navigation for tax-related tasks.
Reduced visual complexity through structured information hierarchy.
Introduced an AI-powered assistance layer to improve accessibility.
Created a modular design system for future scalability.
Balanced automation with human expertise through integrated expert booking
Mini courses to choose from for the user to choose from, educate themselves and make smart decisions.
Pumbaa as a name is inspired my character in the movie “The Lion King” who sings “Hakuna Matata” while helping Simba to navigate through the tough times. The individuals who can use this platform for Tax Planning have grown up on this movie, which makes the AI chatbot a friendly character which could help the user to navigate through the tedious process.
Experts pool for the user to book a call and make the right decisions to maximise their savings.
